PICO DE GALLO WITH MUSHROOMS


• 1 400g tin of Laminated Mushrooms Dos Caballos
• 2 tomatoes
• ½ onion
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 100g of coriander
• Salt and pepper

1. Cut the tomatoes, onion and coriander into small pieces and put them in a bowl.
2. In the same bowl, pour the lemon juice and add the laminated mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste.
3. Mix well.
