200g of quinoa

200g  Dos caballos Strawberries

2 avocados

250g of chanco cheese

Rucola to taste

Dos caballos Artichokes (optional)

Salt, pepper and olive oil to taste

1. Wash the quinoa and cook it in water for 15 minutes. Remove and strain.

2. Wash the arugula and reserve.

3. Cut the strawberries, the artichokes (optional) and the chanco cheese into small pieces.

4. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

5. Season with salt, pepper and olive oil or artichoke oil.
